At ATS we strive to be the best and hense only utilize resources who have multiple years of experience and a clean safety record. You need to be reliable, have good equipment, be quick yet safe, clean from drugs and have references. You must also be legal to work and maintain proper insurance and licenses.

We are interested in owner / operators of pickup's, bobcats, front end loaders and shovelers. We will consider both individuals and companies.

We offer hourly wages or per project pricing under our management. Our structure also includes bonuses and a great working team with get togethers - so you also need to be a team player. But, please... no whiners or hot dogs - winter is not an easy occupation.
